Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 14 days after delivery of your shipment. No refunds or exchanges will be offered after the expiration of this 14 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The only exception to this requirement pertains to damaged or defective items.
We cannot process a return for products purchased through a retail partner. Refunds are available only for purchases made through https://thebeautynaturals.com
Please note that customer covers shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes (these are not eligible for refund). We will usually refund your order within 3 days within receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse but please allow up to 30 for the processing a refund as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your returned is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment..
When you return a product/s, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
